30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in original condition.

Include all original packaging and accessories.

Show no signs of sharpening, cutting, washing, modification, or damage.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards.

Clearance or Final Sale items.

Products damaged due to improper use, accidents, neglect, or normal wear.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior approval.
Please email contact@namisteelknives.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any item.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns for reasons other than defects or shipping errors are subject to a 15% restocking and inspection fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee covers product inspection, quality control, packaging, and processing costs.
Inspection
Every returned item is carefully inspected.
If the product is returned with missing packaging, signs of use, scratches, stains, sharpening marks, or other damage that reduces its resale value, NamiSteelKnives reserves the right to reject the return or issue a partial refund based on the product's condition.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item passes inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the claim is approved.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
If an order is refused or returned after shipment, all shipping, handling, customs (if applicable), and return costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Lost Packages
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
If a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the investigation is completed.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a payment dispute.
NamiSteelKnives reserves the right to submit order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, communication history, and other supporting documentation to payment providers in response to any chargeback or fraudulent claim.
Product Variations
Because our knives are handcrafted, slight variations in Damascus patterns, wood grain, color, finish, and texture are natural characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.
