During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, preparation may require additional time.

Most U.S. customers receive their orders within 6–13 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and local conditions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, NamiSteelKnives may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already entered processing or shipment, we may be unable to modify the address.

NamiSteelKnives is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect customer information.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package is lost, please contact our support team.

We will gladly assist by opening an investigation with the shipping carrier and working toward an appropriate resolution.

Replacement or refund requests for lost shipments will be evaluated after the carrier completes its investigation.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location

  • Asking household members or neighbors

  • Contacting your local shipping carrier

Packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled. NamiSteelKnives cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


Multiple Shipments

For faster fulfillment and inventory optimization, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.

In such cases, customers may receive multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive on different dates at no additional cost.
